Sut mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn dwyn Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda i gyfrif am ei darpariaeth o wasanaethau?

Hywel Dda University Health Board is in Targeted Intervention and held to account for delivery through monthly assessments of performance, plus a quarterly Targeted Intervention meeting chaired by the Chief Executive NHS Wales. The Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care meets the Chair each quarter to discuss progress, challenges and risks.

Pa gamau y mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn eu cymryd i wella gwydnwch y sector gofal cymdeithasol?

We are investing in strengthening our social care workforce, implementing new support measures for carers and strengthening market oversight across the sector. We have launched the National Office for Care and Support, and issued a new National Commissioning Framework to ensure robust, sustainable, and high-quality social care for all.

Sut mae'r Llywodraeth yn gwella ac yn hyrwyddo iechyd a lles o fewn y gwasanaethau tân ac achub?

We have worked in partnership with the Fire and Rescue Service and unions to reduce the risks to the health of firefighters and also taken action in response to reports where the wellbeing of firefighters might be at risk.

Pa gamau y mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn eu cymryd i wella canlyniadau iechyd y cyhoedd yn y cymunedau yng Nghymru sydd â'r lefelau uchaf o amddifadedd cymdeithasol?

We take cross-government action to improve health outcomes across Wales, including steps to tackle the health inequity caused by deprivation. Programmes such as Flying Start, recently announced support for vulnerable households over the winter and our social prescribing framework all support those in our most socially deprived communities.
