Yn dilyn datganiad y Gweinidog ar 15 Mai 2019, a wnaiff Llywodraeth Cymru gadarnhau pryd y cawsant wybod am yr achos posibl o dorri Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Aasesu Effaith Amgylcheddol) (Cymru) 1999 mewn perthynas â chais cynllunio 2015/00031/OUT?
The potential need for Environmental Impact Assessment in relation to planning application 2015/00031/OUT was raised as an issue prior to the application being determined in July 2015 and has been raised periodically since then. It was the representations received from the Docks Incinerator Action Group in November 2017 in relation to planning application 2017/01080/FUL which led us to look again at this case. This led to the identification of the potential breach referred to in the written statement issued last week.
