Customer Information Screens (CIS) in place at every Transport for Wales station rely on train movement data that is provided by trackside equipment. This equipment is only in place in areas with modern signalling equipment, which covers approximately 30% of Transport for Wales network. At locations where this equipment is not available but there is a signal box, times are manually entered into the legacy system TRUST.
