Whilst I do not have specific information for terraced houses in South Wales, the latest data for all of Wales, from the Living in Wales Property Survey 2008, shows that 2.5% of terrace houses were assessed to need major repairs to their electrical system or have the whole system replaced, which covers partial or full rewiring. New data for all of Wales will be available once the headline results of the Welsh Housing Conditions Survey 2017-18 are published next month.
