Dechreuodd y cyfarfod am 13:59.
The meeting began at 13:59.
Good afternoon. Can I welcome Members and the public to this afternoon's meeting of the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee? Before we get on to our business, can we just do some housekeeping? Can I remind Members the meeting is bilingual? If you require simultaneous translation from Welsh to English, that's available on the headphone sets via channel 1. If you require amplification, that's also available on the headphone sets, via channel 0. There's no scheduled fire alarm today. So, if one does take place, please follow the direction of the ushers to a safe location. Can I remind Members to turn your mobile phones or any other electronic equipment that may interfere with the broadcasting either off or on to silent? Any Members wish to declare an interest for any issues we have on the agenda today? No. Therefore, we move on.
The next item on the agenda is papers to note. We have a few papers to note. We can go through them one at a time.
The first one is correspondence from the First Minister regarding Brexit preparedness, and that is dated 6 December. Obviously, we had the First Minister in last week, so we've had the chance to explore a few things with him since then. So, are Members content to note that correspondence?
The second one is correspondence from the Home Office regarding the committee's report on changes to freedom of movement after Brexit, dated 10 December. Now, there will be a debate on our report on 22 January, so that's next week. So, do Members wish to note the correspondence and accept that we'll probably have a bit of time to expand upon it in the debate?
The third one is correspondence from the Counsel General and Brexit Minister regarding Brexit preparedness. Are Members content to note that correspondence?
And the fourth one is from the First Minister regarding the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Bill, dated 8 January. Are Members content to note that?
Thank you. Therefore, that's all the papers to note.
