Good morning. Welcome to this meeting of the Finance Committee. Could I note that we've had apologies from Rhianon Passmore and Mark Reckless, and note that headsets are available for interpretation and for amplifying the sound? Fel welwch chi mai'r papur cyntaf i'w nodi yw llythyr gan yr Aelod Cynulliad Suzy Davies mewn ymateb i adroddiad y Pwyllgor Cyllid ar graffu ar gyllideb ddrafft Comisiwn y Cynulliad ar gyfer 2020-21. Yr ail bapur i'w nodi yn lythyr gan Archwilydd Cyffredinol Cymru at Gadeirydd y Pwyllgor Cyfrifon Cyhoeddus ynglŷn â'r broses gyllidebol yn Seland Newydd. A'r trydydd papur i'w nodi yw lythyr gan y Gweinidog Cyllid at y Llywydd ynglŷn â'r Gorchymyn Ardrethu Annomestig (Lluosydd) (Cymru) 2019. Ac mi fyddwch chi hefyd yn nodi bod angen i ni nodi cofnodion y cyfarfod a gynhaliwyd, neu'r cyfarfodydd a gynhaliwyd ar 17 a 23 Hydref, 7 Tachwedd a 13 Tachwedd. Let's go on then to papers to note—the second item on the agenda. The first item is a letter from Suzy Davies AM in response to the Finance Committee's report on scrutiny of the draft Assembly Commission budget for 2020-21. The second paper is a letter from the Auditor General for Wales to the Chair of the Public Accounts Committee about the budgetary process in New Zealand. And the third paper is a letter from the Minister for Finance to the Llywydd in terms of the Non-Domestic Rating (Multiplier) (Wales) Order 2019. And you'll note that we will need to note the minutes of the meetings that were held on 17 and 23 October and 7 and 13 November. Are Members happy to note those papers? Good.
