Welcome, everyone, to this meeting of the Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee. Item 1 on our agenda today is introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest. We haven't received any apologies. Are there any declarations of interest? No.

2. Papurau i’w Nodi
2. Papers to Note

We will move on, then, to item 2, which is papers to note. We have several papers: correspondence from Macmillan and Tenovus in relation to our blue badges inquiry; a letter from Welsh Government in relation to the Minister's evidence session on the blue badges inquiry; a letter from Welsh Government in relation to the Welsh Government's evidence on rough-sleeping on 21 March this year; a letter from Welsh Government on the joint report that we did with other committees on assessing the impact of budget decisions; and, finally, supplementary evidence from the Wales Governance Centre on voting rights for prisoners, which provides some statistics on areas of deprivation in Wales and prison populations drawn from those areas. Is committee happy to note all of those papers? Okay. Thank you very much for that.
