Okay. This is a meeting of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee, Monday, 12 February 2018. The usual procedures apply in respect of fire alarms, mobile devices, translation facilities, and so on. There are no apologies for this meeting, so unless there are any declarations of interest, we'll move straight on to item 2, instruments that raise no reporting issues under Standing Order 21.2 or 21.3.
